How to apply for SERVICE CONNECTION?

Any person, firm, association, corporation or body politic or subdivision thereof may become a member of ZAMSURECO II by filing a written application for membership therein, agreeing to avail from the cooperative's electricity services, agreeing to comply with an be bound by the Articles of Incorporation and By-laws of the cooperative, any rules and regulations adopted by the Board, and the requirements of the National Electrification Administration (NEA) and the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC), paying the memberhip fee of Php 5.00 provided however, that no person, firm, association, corporation or body politic or subdivision therof shall become a member unless and until membership has been accepted by the board.

Membership in the cooperative shall be evidenced by a memberhip certificate which shall be in such form and shall be signed by President and by the Secretary of the Cooperative and the corporate seal shall be affixed thereto and/or member's identification card duly signed by the President and the Secretary.

"No member may hold more than one membership in the cooperative, and no membership in the cooperative shall be transferable, except as provided in the Coop By-Laws."

ZAMSURECO II is committed to serving as my households and businesses possible. But before we bring services to respective homes and establishments, there are requirements involving laws, safety rules and policies that applicants should have to meet.

Who can avail the Service Connection?

1. When you are risiding within the franchise area of ZAMSURECO II.

1. Barangay Clearance (Proof of Residency).

Application Process

1. Attend the Pre - membership Education Seminars.
   • Monday & Friday - 1:00 pm at Main Office, Ipil Zamboanga Sibugay
   • Monday & Friday - 1:00 pm at Buug Sub Office, Buug Zamboanga Sibugay
   • Monday - 1:00 pm at Mabuhay Sub office, Pob. Mabuhay, Zamboanga Sibugay
   • Monday - 1:00 pm at Siocon Sub Office, Pob. Siocon, Zamboanga Del Norte


2. The applicant must look for a ZAMSURECO II Accredited Electrician for housewiring materials assessment and housewiring installation or REE for Big Loads Consumers.


3. Secure Electrical permits or municipal certifications ( Ipil, Naga, Titay, R.T. Lim, Tungawan, Siay, Buug and Siocon ) and Barangay Certification.


4. Submit to the ISD-MSD personnel all housewiring jobs orders with complete details or Electrical Plan Layout duly signed by a PEE to include the photocopy of the following:
   • Valid I.D. of the applicant.
   • Barangay Certification.
   • Municipal Certification.
   • Proof of Ownership.


5. After the submission of all papers to the MSD Personnel, ZAMSURECO II Housewiring Inspector inspects the accomplished housewiring installation ( A copy of the inspection report will be given to the applicant and it shall be presented to the Member Services Division. )


6. Proceed to the ISD - MSD Personnel for the assessment of payment.


7. Proceed to the Teller for the payment of.
   • Membership fee - P5.00
   • Membership I.D. fee - P50.00
   • Bill Deposit (per Coop Policy)


8. After the payment, the MSD Personnel will issue the Connect Order.


9. After the approval of the Turn-On/Connect Order, the MSD Personnel will forward the connect order to the Engineering Services Department for the turn-on.
